God. I think what's going on is that Renshai doesn't have anyone who knows how to lead PK. The few that do don't understand the idea of calculated risk/traps. Its easy to get confident from zoning prowess and think that it translates into PK or that clan PK is similar to fighting trash. The reason I left Renshai right when the war started was because I suggested that it might be a good idea to forge a loose alliance with wild and that for the first couple of fights, we would have to stack the odds in our favor, perhaps using a room where BSP couldn't area or using wild casters. Immediately I was insulted for not knowing the situation and being an idiot, wanting to be wild's puppet, and being overly cautious. I was also told that BSP would be relatively easy just because they didn't have a no_bash. Behold the power of cockyness.

Wow, Renshai dying is really starting to annoy me. Especially in first 2 kills. You have basher, area, I assume a healer (not really sure who everyone is) and some of your recall instead of fighting while letting group members die. Then go back with no plan and no better group and die again. Then I assume you planned to fight, not sure if you just rushed into it or what but continued to die again. Now I'm not a rocket scientist or anything but if you're losing a war and evils are on why only log a 4-5 man group first of all? Second, after dying you decide that they didn't kill enough so you go back with no plan and no people to let them get the rest of your group? No idea what the reasoning behind that was. So then you get a group and of half the people who just ripped and have no gear and I guess whatever else you could throw together to fight another time with complete and utter failure yet again. I like Renshaii, and I sure wish you guys the best of luck but god damn guys THINK! Instead of soloing unknowns log a 10 man group and load prep, or even load prep with unknowns. Set targets before you go to battle and most of all stop sucking. I want to read a log of you guys winning! PLEASE!

That's not true Corey. Read last wipe logs. Renshai successfully beat RoT, Syndicate, and to a lesser extent Rusted Lance. Syndicate BSP beat wild Renshai in one battle, but that was almost exclusively due to immortal cheating (making chars flagged no bash, making new entrances to rooms, looting with wizinvis chars, etc).

The real difference now is just that no one has taken charge and said hey, maybe lemming tactics aren't working and prep/intelligent risks/plans would work better.

PS. I'm sure Dolph was just fucking around. If you didn't get the fact that he was just trying to piss off the local eurotrash, you need to go interact with some real people (ie, not text). Much like I don't actually believe all people from canada should be purged (well, kinda).

Beating RoT at that time does I'd say. Plus beating syndicate and RL and basically forcing BSP into a truce was significant. If you look back at last wipe, the only battles that were lost were impossible ones (ie against Wild and their 6 nobashes/prismers/lim dam/etc) or ones against BSP/Syndicate cheat machine

Wow Darns, that's pretty interesting. I think I may still have the log of talking to Morten (Kirsten), Claus, and JerkMark (Waldorf) in the NP inn. BSP allied with Syndicate, Syndicate was already fighting Renshai, Wild was fighting BSP. After a while, Syndicate basically fell apart. BSP got almost no zoning time because of Renshai and Wild keeping a 12 man logged. After BSP lost some major battles (one I recall is Lucas and Marq's trick with the bags of red crystal), I suggested peace to Mort, and he wanted eq. I said no way and you guys contacted me a week later and asked for peace. The only logs you probably have of BSP owning Renshai was when BSP was Shadow and I don't really recall that because I was either then in Shadow or had quit.

One thing I don't think you can deny about the recall ability of the Renshai is that it is completely selfish.

I can understand that when you are surprised in combat, often the best thing to do is to recall and reform. Surprise can be a huge advantage and to try
and battle against prepped/hasted/whatever enemies
can be disasterous. BUT - a good clan, or even a semi-competent clan knows HOW to recall.

When you are in a clan group, each member should KNOW who the most valuable members of the group are. In other words, you know who in your group has the most +dam, +con, +heals, +elite eq. You should also know that when your group is attacked, particularly by surprise, the enemy is likely targetting THOSE people. If you are the level 30 druid with the +2 wis and the +10 hp - the enemy could probably care less if you live or die. If you are the backup healer with a few +wis and some more hp eq. Ditto! If you are the 2nd basher with a +bash shield and few +str, THEY AREN'T after you.

Your first order of business in an ambush or even a fight that starts to go badly is not to 'save your own ass', it should be to save your clan's hard-won eq. If you see 4 bashers whacking the crap out of your +8 dam thief and you can't heal him... recall him! Yes... it's likely you will
then be lagged and die... but it's also likely you are just some crapass paladin who can get back the lost xp in a few hours with storebought weapons - and that's why they weren't targetting you in the first place.

All of these posts are pointless. This fight involves bsp trash and renshais newbies. One of them thinks he is a pk god healer. His recall triggers could use some work they are a little slow. Another just grew some balls. He should BUY some recalls before he goes off walkabout.
The others are just pure warvsbsp newbie. I have to admit im embarressed or how ever you spell it but ive not been around for a few days. These guys in this log still get nervous before a fight. Leave them alone!

Never said I was a god said I have been around awhile and healers just don't poof over night become awsome elite pk healers and that I had some experience in pk healing. That I was one of the few in the clan with this experience as most our Healers are new (never played a healer).
I been playing 8 wipes.
Mer has been here I dunno how long.
About half that group was people who have played for awhile and not newbies.
As for my triggers for recalling jerkoff, see the bash?
Besides I don't use triggers in a pk situation.
Then I was killed before bash lag wore off.

Matthew you have little to no room to talk anyway I have seen you do some idiotic things myself, everyone does at one time or another.

As for getting nervious before a fight how the hell would you know you don't live anywhere near me. Stop trying to make people look bad and own up to it. We got squashed and ruled, we made a mistake. Everyone does at one time or another, atleast I do.

Regardless of whether Dolph believes what he says, or whether he was just trying to aggro BSD Euros to do something rash, I think his comments were really uncalled for. Not funny, not constructive and basically rude - to even mention running something like the Warsaw ghetto leaves me gobsmacked.
As a Pole whose parents and extended family experienced the worst of WW2 I can safely say that you obviously have no understanding of what really happened there. if you did there is no way you would ever have mentioned it in such context..joke or no joke..

It's not typing "skill" that shows you are better than someone else in this game it's how many hours you have spent mudding instead of pursuing an actual life. Matthew, cerebellum has nothing to do with higher thinking it has to do with motor skills. As I was saying if you think typing is a difficult skill, then you have a defect. Rurh support your claim don't just spout shit. The fact that you put cerbellum in apostraphes(I'm assuming it's supposed to be like quotation marks) shows that the people being recruited for trades are still as remarkably stupid as ever and that it really does take no intelligence to learn trades. But I must congratulate you on being in charge of 13 million dollars oh wait... you don't have 13 million dollars you look after someone elses 13 million dollars, well doesn't that just suck knowing you will never earn the amount of money you get to watch.

Well here you are, calling us losers because of the time we spent making high level chars to prove one is better than others. However, so do you. You have high level chars. you wouldn't be here as often if it was a single-player game? Probably not. You pk/random with those chars. That's nothing more than trying to win over people, smuther them into the ground to expand the void that is your ego. If this was a single player game, there wouldn't be anyone to prove anything to.

I spam this board while I search for cars. I've massdeleted a few times this wipe and I came back so this time I'm leaving my chars to try something different. If you think it takes a lot of time to get a high level character think again, I titled my healer in a week, Parn in a week and half or so. Play time hasn't exceeded 10 days on any of my chars I think (my grand total of chars reaching a massive 3! Parn/Nemik/Deedlit) you guys can spam who *** however many times as you want you wont see me and if you do most likely it's going to be to trash random but I'll say the chances of that is going to be slim to none.

Also at one time u were in our clan, so even my rather personal comments about u sucking are based on personal experiences of zoning with u. Sorry but u were rather unimpressive... In your defense u do seem to have a somewhat decent grasp of how to analyze/evaluate pk, but mostly it seems to show itself in hindsight, ie your comments here rather than consistent ability on the battlefield... re: your personal comments directed at me, I actually lead zones on a regular basis, although I am more than happy to hand over to other leaders in our clan when they are willing/available due to a dislike of attempting to organise 9 other ppl. Also I'm 22.
